Coming down out of the freezing sky with its depths of light, like an angel, or a Buddha with wings, it was beautiful, and accurate, striking the snow and whatever was there with a force that left the imprint of the tips of its wings — five feet apart — and the grabbing thrust of its feet, and the indentation of what had been running through the white valleys of the snow — and then it rose, gracefully, and flew back to the frozen marshes to lurk there, like a little lighthouse, in the blue shadows — so I thought: maybe death isn’t darkness, after all, but so much light wrapping itself around us — as soft as feathers — that we are instantly weary of looking, and looking, and shut our eyes, not without amazement, and let ourselves be carried, as through the translucence of mica, to the river that is without the least dapple or shadow, that is nothing but light — scalding, aortal light — in which we are washed and washed out of our bones. Rosey Hearts...What the cat said

It's going to be an unusual day today...I'm going to be writing on the blog twice today...so I hope that you don't get fed up with me..lol. For my first creation is this canvas, a design team make for the fabulous team over at Rosey Heart Digis. I am lucky enough to be on the design team and have been blown away by the other members work. A challenge is taking place over on their blog and the theme for this month is Naughty or Nice...why not pop over and join in the fun..Also why not pop over to the Rosey Hearts Etsy store where you will see all the fabulous designs available to buy.

To make the canvas, I created the background using my H20s which give it a lovely shimmer. I then coloured the image using my copics and added it to the canvas. I then diecut some flowers and coloured them to match. These I also added these to the canvas. I then found the quote which is from Alice in wonderland and made banners with it on.

I am just so lucky being on some wonderful design teams and get to work with some amazing products and designs. Who knew when I started this journey with my blog, that I would travel so far. I have to say that I'm still loving the crafting as much as ever and have been able to meet some fantastic inspirational people.

Well the coffee is calling- and sparkle has just arrived. I hope that you are all having a good day and that you will all have a happy easter. So until later...take care and happy crafting
