Decoupage Delights....Vintage Christmas
Here I am again with a design team make for the wonderful company of Decoupage Delights. This card is from their Vintage Christmas double cdrom. I just love the images on this cdrom and most of you know by now,,I have a passion for all things vintage...it could be because I'm of quite a vintage myself now..lol. I thought that I'd better get this card blogged now before we get to the 4.30 cut off point of BT. It has taken me all day to load the cards that I've made..my connection machine has been flashing like a disco light..red and orange with hardly a sign of the blue ready to go light.
At the moment, all is quiet..the kittens have managed to tire themselves out..thank goodness. I love them all to bits..but they are wearing me out..lol. They manage to do something naughty and then manage to look so cute at the same time. But as I've said..they are all asleep and peace is all around.
The parlour looks as if a bomb has hit. I have boxes of crafting goodies all over the place and the rest of the space is taken up with kitten blankets. Later on I will be on a mission to sort it all out and to put away everything that has been used. I want to do the bathroom later and put all the now clean cat blankets away. The major thing will be trying to get Nicademus to leave the airing cupboard..he has decided that because the water heater is on..it's the place to be. It annoys me to death because it isn't that long since I washed everything that was in there..and now the top layer is covered in Nicodemus fur..bless him..lol.
Well now I'm off for another coffee...some days I definitely need more caffeine than usual. Somedays I seem to be running on the coffee and it's only the thought of the next one that keeps me going..lol. The weather here has been unbelievable..I've lived here for over 25 years and I have seen areas flooded that have never been flooded before. One elderly lady who has lived in the village for all of her life has been flooded for the first time and has to have had sandbags up her doors because the drains just couldn't cope. Fields turned into lakes and people having to wade through water up past their knees. A serious amount of water has landed in a very short time. For me it's the perfect time to stay in and craft. And that's what I'm off to do. So until next time..take care and happy crafting.
